Electrical multifunction network analyzer for LOOP, PSC & Earth Test PE-425 incorporates a built-in Earth Tester and Loop/PSC tester for ranges from 0,3 to 2000 Ohms. It is possible to display the PSC Line, Neutral and Earth. There is also included a built-in voltmeter in the PE-425.
