Insulation Tester PE-455 makes the insulation test at rated voltage into a 1 mA load, with user-selectable ranges for resistance and insulation resistance.	The PE-457 carries out 2.5 readings per second for digitally indications and 10 readings/sec. in case of analogs. Also, it has low-battery indication, display with backlight and accuracy until ± 2% in measurements up to 20 MegaOhms.
