The PRODIG-1+ Satellite Hunter is designed to guarantee the maximum number of installations with the best possible quality.  It directly determines if the signal quality is sufficient for reception based upon the internal Bit Error Rate (BER) measurement and the Signal/Noise ratio (SNR).

The PRODIG-1 Plus is a very easy to use and guides the user through 3 steps:

• Detection - enable the desired satellite to be located
• Identification - guarantee the satellite identification
• Optimization - accurately adjust the receiver antenna to obtain the best possible signal quality

Identification of up to 16 satellites - In IDENTIFICATION (2) mode, the equipment displays the orbital position and service or satellite name of up to 16 satellites.

Exclusive for one single satellite - The PRODIG-1+ can incorporate the channel plans of different satellites in order to directly access each separate service.

Durable - The PRODIG-1+ has been specially designed to withstand rough working conditions. It includes a back-light display, offers long battery life with short charging times and is built-into a tough ABS box with a fully watertight front panel.

Detection of short circuits and protection - The equipment allows detection of short circuits, LNB consumption and indicates cable outages or faulty LNB operation.

Long Operation Time - The PRODIG-1+ will run for over 1 hour with the included NiMH battery, and over 2 hours with the optional LiIon batteries (OP-001-11).  The battery reaches a nearly-complete charge within approximately one hour (3 hours with OP-001-11).  The battery can be charged using the included wall-power adaptor or the convenient car-lighter power adapter.
